nav ras- (1)anger
the most common bad quality we all have in some or the other form, in some or the other non zero concentration. the person with least anger concentration i have seenin my life is Mr hasmukh agrawal, head of futurism classes. one should learn from him how to remain calm and composed in the worst of time
anyways continuing with the anger factor-wat is anger
1) over reaction to any situation
2)frustration over others actions
3)violent execution to prove oneself
4) harming oneself or someone else on the pretext of self satisfaction of taking some sort of pseudo revenge
5)actions which create hyper anxiety in the brain which like an avalanche leads in to further problems
if you have these traits then it means there is a level of anger you have in you. in fact in today's world of fast life and easy money, these traits are common.
i would say a little bit of it is must to solve some problems in this current scenario in a way they should be, else the gandhian principles wont work here.
ther is a thin line of separation between the threshold beyond which one is not qualified to be called a calm person with good tolerance levels.
violence in any form is never tolerated.
an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind is perhaps the best quote i have been through
anger been the first quality i am talking about, i wont go in details with the thousands of prejudices i have in mind.
well folks, nav ras , the indian way of qualifying and quantifying emotions and actions of life is the best literature to understand the infinitesimally smal soul which is governing our lives..

the longest poem ever-navrachana

engineering and art!!!!
Amalgamation of engineering and art
communalism!!!!
To tell you something about communalism:-
It is a boon to terrorism,
A curse to all religions,
In almost all regions.
Abetted by Tom ,Dick and Harry;
(though not having any query)
Gaining no pleasure,
Miscreants set ablaze shops,snatching,
Their life long leisure!
This is what communalism is,
Which gives a unique abject bliss.
Abetting these differences are the riots
Which kill people like those MiG-pilots
Reimbersing someone else’s diplomacy,
To people not related to people’s embassy,
Clashes between the mobs,
And their murderings with the armed cops
All are included in the aborminating rioting activities,
Not letting people buy their basic amenities.
Then comes one more question:-
When starts the rioting edition?
After alloying the move of the corrupt political activists,
With the bitter assassinating terrorists.
In the haze of the morning sun,
To the glimpse of the evening moon!
The riots continue ,
With miscreants ready standing in a que.
To stab persons to death,
Simultaneously destroying their wealth.
Do the minorities have no rights?
May it be days or nights!
Why does the anarchy occur?
And spread through the country
Like the jumping flubber
Perhaps can be the intelligence
Of unscrupulous persons
Or may be the mischieves of
The poor fathers’ unemployed sons
Spreading at the speed of light,
Breaking all ministers’ plight,
With people stabbing and arsoning.
In the country dominating,
Turning the hopes of despairs,
Let the people die ,who cares?
With their impact too great ,
Declinig tourism in India gate,
With the slow economy recovering,
The riots and the curfews imposed make it declining.
Thousands losing their lives,
Millions crying for their relatives,
What makes people so energetic?
Where actually they are lethargic.
India in the world’s view,
Further their bad impression grew.
With the people wanting a solution,
Comes between them the confusing administration.
Ministers fighting for internal problems,
Forgetting the people’s flames.
Had their been a stable country loving government,
Perhaps there would not have been such a burning environment
the geeta
whatsoever has happen’d was for thy good
whatsoever is happenin’ is for thy good
whatsoever will happen will be for thy good
what have thee lost that thou are cryin’ ?
what had thou brought to this hellish material world
that thou lost it ?
what had thou creat’d that has been destroy’d ?
whatever thou has taken is a part of this material world
whatever thou has given has also b’come a part of this materail world
whatever is yours today
perhaps belong’d to somebody else yesterday
and day after tomorrow it will be someone elses
CHANGE IS THE ETERNAL LAW OF NATURE !
frustration as a gift
You’ll never know what the hell’s gonna struck on yourself from any of the four directions while you were making hay when the sun is shining and all is nice and bright, when your mind is full of thoughts assumed to be succesful in its self, when your body is active in following your corporate mind’s decision, all is felt right but one hurdle or an obstacle though as small as a bacteria will strike you and break your very foundation at base leaving you totally blind and then comes the time when you feel that all the thoughts were mere pieces of confetti to be thrown and forgotten, they were bloody shits, that all the plans which were assumed to be so very much great in itself were actually like those planned in the crowded Indian cities.
That will be the great time to remember god. So I bless you for those great times in future when your mind is full of frustrations but god’s image is illuminating the darkness existing in your very souls.
days of innocence
Gone are the days of innocence
When cruelty was given no preference
And no fear marked its presence
Only games were given importance
Gone are the days of happiness
When there was no confusion or diziness
And the surroundings were always a mess
Yes those were the days of childhood
Ofcourse much better than adulthood
Which depends on one’s mood
And mind having attitude to o some good
Yes those were the days of enjoyment
Which did not had the ability to recognise a wolf in sheep’s clothing
Thinking that everything except him is trifling
Having no cruel mind for shrewd thinking
Playing whole day in the sun
Everyday having fun
With their toys and airgun
Who, seeing the ballonman
makes a wild goose run
unaware of something so great like money
when asked for it feels funny
on a day very sunny
sits home and watches
popeye and bugs bunny
but many do not realize this
that childhood is a moment of bliss
but think that its full of crisis
when he’s tired of his aunt’s kisses
take full advantage of this opportunity
when given by god why watch it by scrutiny?
Why to think it as mere vanity?
Let children enjoy, keep aside all status and dignity
There’s only a decade of happiness
Three scores awaits it for life full of sadness
Thank god for this bless
And while reading it don’t scratch your tress.
money is so funny-poem i wrote in standard 10th
Has the desire to get some money ever put you on your mettle?
Perhaps it may be difficult to ake both ends meet .
One has to be discreet
And take life in the hands to make status disputes settle
Yes the poem’s ‘bout money,
Which is used for loaves and fishes,
And to get live long wishes
A piece of printed paper so great that makes money so funny.
How can a question be a million dollar one?
And monalisa’a smile a bit more?
It,s all man’s creation to rest on the oar.
And be wealthy and have the work done.
One who makes a pile
Is saluted by people
Though that rich is a wolf in the sheep’s clothing, a ripple
Of treasure always follows him and praises adds to his profile.
Treasure does not grow on tree
To get it you’ve to stick at nothin’,
(I am not kiddin’!)
and for the unscrupulous act you get honours for free
but beware, it becomes a mare’snest,
when te money you had is lost,
and you cant even bare your own cost!
People will give you a cold shoulder at their best.
What will you do with thy property,
Which you’ve earned by cookin’ the accounts?
You realize during your life’s last counts,
That by the cheats you’ve mad yourself dirty.
A coffin and a few square feet is all what is needed,
When death is near
And you are full of fear
Your eyes will be fully flooded
You’re born with nothin’
Just a mouth to smile,
And some moments to make a file
And then you gonna die with nothin’
So what is the struggle for ?
Is it for a car in which you could have a luxurious ride,
Or a house with great thoughtsto show of your pride,
Or a distinguished ceiling and a floor?……….

NIT surat
(Short Unalloyed Rendezvous At niT)
as you know NIT being a premier engineering institute of the country, lets know what exactly the life of these NIT ian technoholics is through my eyes...
After giving the boards and AIEEE highly charged capacitive brains enter into NIT-surat some still regretting the fact that they missed out IIT ( they can even pacify their souls cuz its one of the informal IIT s only-ICHCHHANATH INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY as some may call !!!!)but the high voltage electrifying cool life of NIT surat gradually inducts a feeling of being lucky and satisfied. Like a sudden interfering disturbance in the smooth running life of the fresh non rusted batch of NIT ians ( when they were in school), comes a 180 degree phase reversal in the studying and teaching techniques. Afterall now their brains engine should turn into an engineers brain ! Freshies have to perform high frequency LC oscillations to all the departments still they dont gather enough knowledge about their own branch. THe campus being as large as the ED,EG,BCE termwork addded together acts as a pain in legs more painful then amputation(initially) slowly adaptation and chiselling of the body (like in workshop) makes it rough and tough.
Poor retentivity and coercivity value(which one attains after getting into the NIT or B.TECH rhytm) makes mandatory to avoid studying throughout the year and make the neurons superconducting the day before the exams and shell out bucks at the night canteen (which becomes the bright fringes of interference where all rays of bright NIT ians meet) YOu must be known that its not all just studies at NIT.. We have some transcedental invisible power of heavenly cosmic radiation which differentiates us infinite times with respect to other engineers ! And that very feeling integrates us. NIT surat technoholics induce their talents at various technical festivals throughout india. After sinusoidal ups and downs (ups- everything else except exams ,downs- exams and their results !), the freshies gather momentum, widen their spectrum of friends and turn into second yearites-' heroes'. Suddenly the conduction of style, attitude and urge to make a mark increases and so do the Van Der Waals forces of friendship turn into strong ionic bonds. The pressure valve tightens up as the studies become department specific. But still the CCC is the magnetic centre of the college( thought there are other evening hot spots)
With lowering of the CGPA s heroes become the roclies of the college( i mean the third yearites). the rockies are the control chambers of the college, they are the ones who give torque to the various activities in the college like mindbend and sparsh. By now they have soldered and cemented each and every aspect of the NIT lifestyle into their souls. And many get their electromagnetic waves emitting bosom a fixed frequency assigned to the feminine antenna of one of the creatures in H-7.( and other frustrated males keep on orkutting and deaming !)- But thats the only disadvantage of NIT, if you forget that (or have your frequency fixed in your hometown) then there is noithing in NIT that you can regret. The studies curve tries to touch the tan 90 mark but still the function of CGPA keeps on diminishing(in normal cases).
Another year over and more and more polymerization with the roots of the college and rockies turn into the trechies(final year). The MBA and placement fever reaches its maxima. All PT and IMS bags magnetizes abd seen stuck on the techies' shoulders. Of course there is another lot too who go in for further technical education.
in true sense NIT is-
Nourishing India's Talent
and in other words its
Not Interested in sTudies !
whichever fulform you believe our college has highest per capita hapiness in college life !

surat- in love with tthe city of diamonds...
gone are those days..........
people have changed, gods worshipped have changed, no. of stars seen in sky have changed, i have changed you have changed everything has changed, then why why surat lag behind.....times have gone by and many new cultures have come up in the once so called sleepy port town of south gujarat. it has now turned to be the state's most cosmopolitan city emerging as the capital of money..let's look into some changes quite noticeable to elder generation of people -
the gone bys its in
-finding the everyday needs from exclusive brand collections at iskon or
crowded 'shanivaari' and city area markets. shopping from vishal big bazaar and the likes
-having a sip of tea with colleagues when tired enjoying the ambience with 'RICH' crowd to
at any of the stalls at SVR,athwa or varaccha have a hundred rupee coffee at CCD,CC or
brewers.

,traditional songs hindi songs
-traditional methodology of schooling international schools with state of art infra
-"happy new year" somewhere in OCT-NOV "merry christmas and happy new year" - 31st DEC
.......but somethings never change
all this has changed the life of a 'surati' but there are somethings which no one can change......lets analyze if all agree with this or not-
* the same age old surati accent and innumerable abuses in a single line- anyone in the state atleast can make out a surati from any other just be talking to him!
* the registered trademark way of spittin pan or gutka anywhere and everwhere between the two fingers held in 'V' shape on lips
* the ever jolly attitude and care free but helping nature
* shops opening late at 11 in morning then two hour lunch break in afternoon and then early closure after seven or so
* sunday means to spend what you earn in the weekdays and you cant even find a crocin or a recharge voucher on sundays and festivals-true spirit of celebrating non working days!
* no one knows what the white lines on roads are, what traffic sense is. the person in white if he stops you just pay in 40-50 bucks and zoom off!
* however rich we are we will remain modest wit our clothes-wear highly emroidered jeans(to help the embroidery units you see!) with big monkey wash patches and will always bargain or fight with the poor auto driver for a rupee
* style for a boy- big colored hair, great bike, stunts on dumas road,a girlfriend
* style for a girl-straight blonde hair, ultra slim body and tight variably faded jeans, variety of bike drivers(boyfriends) and chatter chatter
* we will not look beyond south gujarat university to send our kids for higher education
* we will eat a highly oiled 'locho' or jalebi after walking a mere km in chowpatty or SVR
* we will never compromise with the brand of tobacco we usually eat
* vanita vishram is our favorite all time place for melas and shows
* people make romance on roads and in public places and if we lack a spouse to do so we detour our enjoyment in seeing them at chowpatty. lake view, dumas or any other and still expect our children will never do this and commet this media and western culture spoiling our traditions
* we'll feel proud of surat, its diamond industry, its flyovers and infrastructure as if we have made it with our own mastermind
well what changes and what not depends on We the people. The world today is changing very rapidly. today theres something new in life and tomorrow it becomes outdated. What as individuals have to realize is to live life to the maximum and enjoy it to the fullest without disturbing the basic requirements of the human body and its society..
the novel i wrote- infiNITe conundrums
VITAL STATS OF THE NOVEL
Title: ‘infiNITe conundrums’ (fiction)
words:99,000(appx)
lines:7500(appx)
pages(in MS word):160(font size 11)
Synopsis
The background-The novel is set in the environment of a NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (NIT) in Surat. There are 20 NITs in India with one in each state. They are under the special act of parliament (the NIT act) and are the most sought after among the bright engineering aspirants after the IITs. Each and every NIT has a very special environment of regionalism, frustration and happiness. It provides a platform to interact and blend with people from all around the country and abroad as there are state specific seats in each institute. Students apart from engineering learn the art of living, the problems in various cultures and sections of the country and surviving in the worst intra college political and social environments. The novel also highlights some political and social oppression in India context. The youth of the country are becoming more and more selfish and are giving themselves in the hands of MNCs and all the money government spends in educating the students in the centre sponsored universities goes down the drain if the educated lot does not contribute in the socio-economic and research fields in the country.
The story-
The story is based on six main characters, all of them from different states with different cultural, ideological, economical and linguistic backgrounds who become the best friends for life after sharing four years of life in hostel in NIT Surat. They are namely- Ritu Goswami(Uttar Pradesh), James Joseph (Port Blair,Andaman), Bikas Mahanta (Orissa),Bronto Chang (Mizoram), Mohit Patekar (Maharashtra) and the protagonist Omi Patel (Gujarat). Their life full of fun and frolic in the walls of NIT and is described in a very descriptive manner. The complicated but innocent love chemistry of Omi and Ritu gives an insight into the psychological, emotional and family aspects involved between two well cultured, middle class and ‘first love’ kind of people in love. It gives the reader a distinct pleasure in going through what a collegian goes through(especially in an NITs) when he’s in love, when he has problems, when he has made the wrong decision in choosing engineering as his field, when regional politics in the college force him to take the wrong path and suffer the consequences and the like.
The life of the six people is full of happiness, fun and frolic until one day they discuss about their past life. Everyone thought that all their friends were happy until two of them reveal the problems they have faced in their childhood due to insurgencies namely the Naxal movement and Mizo National Front(MNF). They realise that there’s more to do in life than to take up the boring job of programming in IT companies. James gets AIDS due to his association with brothels (common mistake collegians make). At the end of their course in final semester, something terribly goes wrong with Mohit. His family is slaughtered in Naxal attack near Chandrapur. All the friends are frustrated with the government practises and terrorist group who ruin the life of people. Bikas is a very sensitive and mature character. He inspires all the friends to pursue a career that can satisfy their soul. He proposed a totally new ideology of ‘social entrepreneurship’ in which they could earn apart from helping the people overcome poverty, unemployment and saving them from getting into the grip of terror. Initially it didn’t get much approval from other friends but later due to conditions they underwent they started with ‘chabiomoj’- the name they gave with their initials to the company they planned to start. The childish and fun making nature of the friends still remain intact throughout their joint business of handloom handicraft and products generated in the rural places. Their smartness, education, managing abilities, unity, goals, association with NGOs, will to change the system and ideology gives them success until the naxalites in Andhra Pradesh come to know their real goals and the momentum achieved by their ideology. They launch a fierce attack on their way to one of the villages. Just two of them survive. After coming alive from the valley of death Omi lost his self confidence and the constant images of the violence he faced broke him down. But the movement of ‘economic freedom’ they launched in the rural areas of Eastern Maharashtra, Southern Chattisgarh, parts of Orissa and Western Andhra Pradesh continued gaining momentum under different names paving a new career to the unemployed graduates of the region and he achieved his goals he set though not 100% but to some extent. He married Ritu and the government finally gave them(Omi and Mohit) a job in NHRC (National Human Rights Commission) where they continue their legal fight against the Salwa Judum(government’s cruel way of crushing the naxal movement) and government policies resulting in the naxal uprisal. He was safe in Delhi compared to the naxal affected territories where he worked with his friends. The frequent flashbacks of his friends, college and their ‘chabiomoj’ experience brought satisfaction to his soul.
The title ‘infiNITe conundrums’ reflects the infinite problems of corruption, red tapism, terrorism, insurgencies, child labour, unemployment, human trafficking, peasant and tribal rights violation, social stigmas, poverty, communalism, regionalism, frustration, government malpractices, dirty politics and the uncountable miseries of the modern world which has reduced the gross product of happiness from the human life. If you think deeply, there are just two reasons for all such problems is money and power. If the youth of the country comes forward to bring a change and fight out the two reasons aforesaid, the day is not far when we achieve total peace and happiness. ‘sociopreneurship’ is a new branch of entrepreneurship which I think can bring about a considerable change in the way poor people live, apart from getting challenging career and money. It is like ‘profit for all’ business. The novel inspires the youth to take up such task.
what i believe is....
hi guys first blog,
if someone's reading actually
i dont knw why and who all read others blog
but just to give a start (inp[iration nijeesh)
this is purely my love of writing and urge to share some philosophy, this is in m\no means my way of life nor any analysis, its what i think about life
lately i have discovered few facts of life(may be they are my perception and not a mega discovery)
1. life will be over before u can count the seconds on ur fingertips, you only imaginbe how far was the day when u palyed with your parents from today... its just been few days...
2. there is nothing in life which can give you happiness if you feel u r unhappy
3. on the contrary there are many things which canmake you sad though they are the best things one can get
4. life is relative: its the net output of what you see around your surroundings and what you actually are.
5. there is nothing like good life or bad life: all there is , is the referance level set up in you rmind through which u compare urselves with others.
6.people think that pleasures are addictions, girls, cool stuffs, branded clothes, hi-fi personality...but i think pleasures are anything which makes yourselves and others feel content. it can be anytihng, it may or may not include the above mentioned things, but definintely absolute possession of high valued assets aren't what you looking for
7.about god: this is serious, god ther or not?? no comments...but i believe someone's ther e
8. but normaly people talk of childhood being good, better than maturity, again i would say the relative theory i gave earlier. its mostly so because redundancy comes up in life after some time, people are not ready to accept responsibilites which make them love childhood more.
10. but when a person is in very state of childhood he wonders if he were an adult that would give him the power to exploit children
11. so humans are exploitive in any stage, given a chance a person who is cursing th eexploiter would any how do the same
12.people are bad, worse , good , better but still no one is very bad . try out experiencing it after thourough analysis
-> in life main achievement is to know what achievement you would consider as the top most achievement
-> no ne is ever satisfied, even a poor person who may say that he is satisfied with peanuts, he is not... also the richest person of this world would be wantng somthing which he may not be able to get
-> its better to do things you love rathe rthan doing what maximum number of people ariound you are doing. initially u may feel you should go with the mileau, but later stage you always realize that a leader is never a person who follows, but he is a person who leaves trailblazers for others to folllow
--> life is a continuous learning process. the best way to learn life is to know and study the paterns of lifestyles of the most varied persons on this earth, the most sophisticated to the dirtiest to the poorest to the most vulnerable.
-> people always speak somethign and do something and want to do siomething else.
-> things are not as they seem at first glance. there is much deeper roots penetration than the visible shoots
->there is no hell or heaven, its all theory of karma, you will take birth again ion this earth to suffer or enjoy whatvere you deserve
->there is no permanancey anywhere in life, everythign is temporary. whatever you like today you may not like it tomorrow, again refer to my theory of relativity
->i am what i am and no one is responsible for it, nor should try to challenge it- its like live and let others live
->there is nothing like an absolute goal...
->progres stops when you dont have a motive in life
NIT saga
ZINDAGI ROCKS @ NIT
after my strenuous preparatiopn for th AI triple E;(now seniors dont ask the fullform from me!)
dreams became reality; as i got into NIT.
shocked , i was to find people's ignorance,no one knew when asked for NIT at once.
that old name still lingers.SVR-that regional status still creates blunders...
after travelling the road so great, comes the magnificent college gate.
next starts my new hostel adventure, its like an austere venture.
shaky cracked beams and slabs, seeing at once seems to collapse,
chirping sparrows in the toilet and passage, blinking neons as if fifty years of age,
the mess may be so messy, but the food is really so tasty.
friends are great and thats a real fact, when in the middle of your morninig act,
you come to know that water was a mirage, and you are in a conditon more severe than haemorrhaege.
and mind it these are not the negative points, but experiences that strengthen our weak joints.
from washing our clothes,to tackling those huge moths,
and other weird creatures from phylum arthropoda, whose pictures are found only in encyclopedia.
from making our own beds,to adjusting with other stinking lads;
we learn the biggest quality of life-adapting,though sometimes it may be frustrating..
but lets talk of life, outside the hostel strife.
once started never can he stop the T.T ping pong or reduce the volume of his favourite song
the smashing of the volley ball or the aiming of the basket ball.
the big fight -to get the TV's remote at night.
the ever blossoming notices, and the infrastructure improving promises.
life here rocks, starting the day with the melodious peacocks
and the joggers on their morning walks. some aged lost in their own talks
and the youthful ladies with their i-pods, enlighten our day, thanks to all gods.
the hooter ringing governs all our actions;and in a hurry not wishing seniors shows their reactions.
ambitious necks at the staff club road keep turning;when results nil, male hearts keep burning.
then you realize that you have to attend classes, just for attendance and then sleep in masses.
because things are either high above your intellect,or you fail to decipher the teacher's home made English dialect.
you rather try to complete your free smses, under the table you conduct you own classes.
the recess is the time so delightful, to see the fairer sex APPARENTLY so wonder-fool!
and you find yourself lost in the thousands of males, witnessing a handful of females
and by the time you find one good to stare, the hooter rings and breaks your daytime nightmare .
after the classes comes the eve entertaining, from seniors calling to joggers pleasing.
from imported bikes to luxury sedans outside, to the rusted old cycles sprawling inside.
bansi can serve your stomach if empty, iff you are ready to get ragged fully.
lake view can fulfill your appetite of vision, but beware of seniors roaming there on a harassing mission .
or you can refresh yourself at the trip cee (now please dont ask the fullform to me)
firewalls may be the barriers for formality, but you need to know how to blog and chat indirectly
then to reach back to your abode rooms, you need to beware of two demons
firstly your seniors waiting for your return, secondly the crows dropping turn by turn
ends the day-a day closer you get ,for some great placement
but this NIT saga will never end, someone will definitely continue this trend...
love philosophy
i will mostly write philosophy
this one is for love: no offences to anyone!!!
cheers to people who love someone,
love is not only between a boy and a girl asin an affair,
love is wat makes u smile
love is like the droplets of water on the grass which give u pleasure when u walk on it , without itslef being able to enjoy
its like the bond between a bright cool morning and the sun
its the bond between the rains and the clouds
its the miraculous amalgamation of creatures living in the walls of the room
love is what a a mother does to her child, even after the annoying little baby tore open her very flesh
what i believe is love can cure any kind of disease
do not love all people, although not to hate any
but provide all your love to the few people in this world who matter u the most instead of trying to care for all
believe me, the joy of giving is much more than the joy of taking
i am not saying that all people are the same, but love as in a feeling is same for all
try loving someone with your full heart-mother father, sister, friend or anyone for that sake, even your pet dog... and axperience the bliss you get!!!!
and if u do,
do comment on my blog!!!
cheers
